    1. EVENT DETAILS

    All setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved time unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

    2. RENTAL FEES 

    Rental Rate: $100 per hour Total Rental Fee: 

    Payment Schedule: 

    Refundable Damage Deposit: $250 PAID UPFRONT. (NOT PART OF BOOKING FEE) UPLOADING YOUR ID WILL ADD THE 250 DEPOSIT FEE, ALL OTHER DEPOSITS WILL BE DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT UNLESS EVENT IS NOT VALID. 

    The $250 damage deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days after inspection, provided: 

    • No property damage 
    • No excessive cleaning 
    • No overtime usage 
    • No rule violations 

    Any damages or additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit. 

    3. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT 

    Renter must provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to final confirmation. Renter must be present during the event and assumes full responsibility for all guests and activities. UPLOADING YOUR ID WILL ADD THE 250 DEPOSIT FEE, ALL OTHER DEPOSITS WILL BE DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT UNLESS EVENT IS NOT VALID. 

    4. OCCUPANCY 

    Maximum Guest Count: 75

    Renter agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy limit. 

    5. PROHIBITED ITEMS & RULES 

    • No illegal activity

    • No glitter or confetti

    • No nails, screws, or permanent wall fixtures

    • No open flames (except approved candles)

    • No smoke machines unless approved

    • No amplified music beyond agreed limits 

    • No Smoking 

    • No excessive partying 

    6. CLEANUP & OVERTIME 

    Renter agrees to: 

    • Remove all decorations 
    • Bag and remove all trash 
    • Return furniture to original layout 
    • Vacate premises by end time 

    Overtime will be charged at $150 per hour (or partial hour). 

    7. LIABILITY 

    Renter assumes full responsibility for all guests and any damage to the premises. 

    Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Minuteman Press Philadelphia, Jude Arijaje and Mejire Arijaje from any claims, injuries, or losses arising from use of the space. 

    8. CANCELLATION POLICY 

    • $250 booking deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellation within 7 days of event may result in forfeiture of full rental fee. • Owner cancellation due to emergency results in full refund. 

    9. AGREEMENT 

    By paying, both parties agree to the terms of this Agreement.
